My experience with Mission started off as what would have been a 1-star review, but thanks to two outstanding employees, it ended as a 5-star review. For context, I'm not the landscaper, I'm the customer of a landscaper who purchases from Mission. We arrived around 4:15 p.m., not realizing they closed at 4:30 p.m. Even though it was close to closing time, TJ went out of his way to be accommodating. He patiently helped me select the plants I needed without making me feel like I was an inconvenience. Looking back, I felt rushed because of the time, and I ended up choosing a few plants that simply weren't going to work in my space. The next morning, I called Mission hoping to exchange those plants for ones that would be a better fit. I wasn't asking for a refund, only an exchange. The receptionist explained their policy and then transferred me to the General Manager, Chuck. Unfortunately, my experience with Chuck was one of the most unprofessional customer service interactions I've had. Best wholesale nursery in town. Mission always seems to have more variety, more stock and less price. When you’re trying to run a business you can’t ask for much more. Tip: Sometimes it’s hard to find someone available when they’re busy. Be patient and drive clockwise around the yard. Start pulling plants on your own if you need to. Eventually someone with a notepad will find you.

These other reviews are a joke. Been going to missions for years and everyone is always helpful. We do business under vizta Landscapes and will keep on doing business with missions. FYI no retail customer should be allowed to check out plants in a wholesaler yard.

I have been doing business with Mission Landscape from day one. I have worked with the owner for more than 20 years with no issues. Very knowledgeable and accommodating to professionals in the green industry. Great products, great availability, excellent communication and fair pricing. There is really no need to go anywhere else. With enough lead time I have been able to special order product they normally do not keep in stock. No one else is going to do that for you. Here's to another 20 years of doing business together.
